Our appartement house was newly build in December, 2008. The Apartment House is situated in the centre of Lermoos, in beautiful location.The main cable railway, bringing you straight to the Grubigstein skiing region, is within a two-minute-walking distance. 

Five top-equipped apartments on three floors are provided. Our house was build as a woodwork construction, so you can enjoy a cosy and comfortable room climate.

All the apartements are furnished at a high quality and so nothing can be desired. As it is quality that counts it is possible for us to respond to your individual wishes and needs.
